What they cannot do is advise you on whether your LLC should be member-managed or manager-managed, flag missing provisions before they become problems, or tell you what your operating agreement is actually missing.

Here's why: your trademark registration is filed under a legal entity. If you file under your personal name and later form an LLC, you may need to assign the trademark to the business — which is an additional step and an additional cost. Forming your LLC first means your trademark is registered in the name of the business from the start.
That said, every situation is different. If your brand is already in use and you're concerned about someone else filing first, trademark timing may take priority. I'll help you think through the right sequence for your specific situation.
