Do I need a trademark attorney, or can I file on my own?
You can file on your own, but the USPTO rejection rate for self-filed applications is significantly higher than for attorney-filed applications. A rejected application still costs you the filing fee and can delay your protection by months. I make sure your application is filed correctly the first time.

Yes Her Legacy Law Firm has been a virtual practice since 2018. We communicate by phone, email, and video. Clients across the country work with me the same way clients in Greensboro do. There are no walk-ins; everything is handled by appointment.
