    Yes. Her Legacy Law Firm is a virtual-first practice, and I work with clients nationwide. Trademark, business formation, contracts, and estate planning services are available to entrepreneurs across the country no matter where your business is based.

  • How quickly can you file my trademark?

    If you're ready to move, I can file your trademark the same day with the Trademark-in-a-Day package. Standard trademark registration timelines are set by the USPTO, but getting your application into the queue quickly is the part I can control  and I take that seriously.

  • Is there a consultation fee?

    Reach out through the intake form and I'll let you know what applies to your situation. My flat-fee trademark packages are listed on the trademarks page so you can review pricing before we ever speak no surprises.
